Auth / payment (simple):

• Wedge: no key → first PDF free per browser/device (cookie + durable claim). After that, Plus CTA (402) unless you send a key.
• Agents: send X-PingPong-Key: ppk_… or Authorization: Bearer ppk_…. Issue keys at /api/dashboard (see developer docs). Metered against API quota; keyed calls also hourly rate-limited.
• Response: application/pdf bytes. Headers include X-Pingpong-Billing, X-Pingpong-Job-Id, and after free use X-Pingpong-Plus-Cta.

Why loose screenshots fail reviewers

A reviewer at the issuer or network is not your teammate. Unlabeled JPEGs and a polite single-model letter read as noise. Stripe-shaped and network-shaped evidence rules reward the same object: a coherent narrative plus files that speak to the reason code. Delivery claims need delivery status, not label-created. Cancel fights need the cancel path the customer could see. Refund-already-issued cases need the credit.

What the letterhead pack should look like

Company logo and legal name on the first page. Case ID, reason code, amount, and order ID in a header block. A short narrative that answers the claim without insulting the cardholder. An evidence index that names each attachment. Networks do not publish a magic win percentage for letterhead; they reward clarity and fit. We do not invent case-win percentages on this page.
