What does Pingpong do?
The first model answers your question. Each later model receives the original question and earlier answers, with instructions to assess the work so far. You receive a final answer and can inspect the earlier passes.
Does five-model agreement prove an answer?
No. The models can miss errors, repeat an unsupported claim or be influenced by an earlier answer. Agreement is not proof. Check important claims against the original sources.
Can I change the model sequence?
The web app supports adjusting model selection and order. The default is Grok, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. See the review process.
What should I include in a question?
Include the question, relevant context and source material you can share. Label missing facts. The walkthrough shows how to prepare a review.
Does the dispute PDF tool write the response?
It formats the narrative and evidence list you supply. AI review is separate. The file does not include the source documents or get submitted to a payment processor. See the PDF form.
Does Plus include PDF API access?
No. Web review subscriptions and business PDF API access are separate. See access terms and the PDF endpoint documentation.
Can an agent call Pingpong?
The agent guide describes review and formatting as separate requests. Your application controls evidence collection, approval and any later processor submission.
Can it confirm a coupon, warranty or refund?
A review can help compare the terms and identify questions. Confirm eligibility with the merchant, warranty provider or issuer. The shopping guides describe the source records to check.
