Questions about pingpong

Can I start using pingpong by text today?

The SMS product is invite-only. Join the waitlist with your mobile number. Joining the list is not an active subscription or a guarantee of immediate access.

What can I ask it to help with?

Research, comparisons, plans and drafts are useful starting points. Browse example requests for home, travel and work. The guides also explain how to check a reply before using it.

Will it buy things or make bookings?

Those actions require supported tools, any necessary connection and your permission. Do not assume an example request proves a live capability. Confirm what your thread supports when you receive access.

Can other people join my thread?

The current concept is an SMS conversation for one person with AI agents. We do not advertise support for adding them to an existing family or workplace group chat.

Does another AI checking the answer guarantee it is right?

No. Models can share an error or miss the same detail. Verify important claims with original sources and the relevant provider or professional.

How do I stop texts?

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Read the SMS terms and privacy policy before signing up. You can also contact support@pingpongit.com.

What happened to the review app?

You can still open the web review app. Its plans, the API and SMS access have separate terms. See plans and availability.
