How pingpong works

The SMS product

pingpong is designed around one SMS thread. You describe a request; an agent handles the task and another checks the work. Named replies help you see who contributed. Access is invite-only, with signup on the homepage waitlist.

Give the request a useful boundary. A comparison needs the options and the criteria. A draft needs its reader and purpose. A plan needs dates, constraints and any details that are already confirmed. The text guides show these differences with practical examples.

A text asking for a reservation or purchase is not confirmation that it happened. External actions depend on supported tools and your permission. Check the service's available capabilities when your invite arrives.

The web review app

The existing web app reviews a question through models in sequence. Later models receive the original question and previous answers. You can inspect the earlier passes and the final answer. Model availability and plan limits affect the run.

Review has limits

Models can repeat an unsupported claim or overlook a missing fact. Agreement is not proof. Keep the original documents and verify details that affect a payment, deadline, personal safety or another consequential decision.
