Check the plan and platform you intend to use. Web reviews, iOS purchases, free chat and business API access have different terms.
Web reviews
The web app offers Plus and Pro review plans. Open Plans in Pingpong to see the current price, included features and usage limits. The checkout shows the subscription and amount before purchase.
Any eligible first-review offer is shown in the app. Do not assume an offer on one account or platform applies to another.
iOS
The iOS App Store listing and Apple purchase screen show the plans available in your region. Check those terms before subscribing; a web price is not an iOS price.
Free chat workspace
The free workspace is a separate preview with fair-use and availability limits. Check its current status in the workspace. It does not provide unlimited multi-model review access.
Dispute PDFs and business API access
The PDF endpoint offers an eligible anonymous preview and business-key access subject to quota. Web Plus and Pro subscriptions do not unlock the PDF endpoint. Confirm business API access in the dashboard.
Manage a subscription
Use the billing controls for the platform where you purchased. For a web subscription, open the account’s billing options. For an Apple purchase, use Apple’s subscription management.
