How to run a Pingpong

This page answers two practical questions: how do you run a Pingpong on the web, and how does the five-model order work? It is a first-run walkthrough. For the mechanism thesis, see How it works. For sequential vs parallel tools, see Sequential vs parallel AI.

Pingpong is a decision review tool. It is not legal advice and not financial advice. You still decide.

Steps: run your first Pingpong on web

  1. 1. Open pingpongit.com in a browser. Prefer desktop or laptop for the first run. The same product is on iOS.
  2. 2. Enter one question you would actually act on. Keep it specific (offer, hire, pricing, launch, raise, kill a project). Attach a deck, memo, PDF, spreadsheet, image, or code file if that context belongs with the question.
  3. 3. Run the chain. By default one question goes through five models in sequence: Grok, then Perplexity, then ChatGPT, then Gemini, then Claude.
  4. 4. Read the final answer. Then open earlier passes. Look for agreement, corrections, restructures, and any place a later model rejects a weak premise in your question or in a prior answer.
  5. 5. Decide with your judgment. Use what the chain surfaced. Do not treat the last line as a substitute for diligence, counsel, or authorization.

Free includes 3 pingpongs so you can evaluate the product before Plus or Pro. Plan detail: Pricing. Buyer questions: FAQ.

How the five-model order works

Default order:

  1. 1. Grok writes the first response.
  2. 2. Perplexity reviews the original question plus that draft.
  3. 3. ChatGPT reviews the original question plus prior answers.
  4. 4. Gemini reviews the original question plus prior answers.
  5. 5. Claude reviews the original question plus prior answers.

Later models get shared context on purpose. They may agree when the reasoning holds. They may correct facts, structure, or gaps. They may reject a weak premise instead of polishing a bad frame. You get one final answer. Earlier passes stay available to inspect.

This is not five separate chats pasted together. It is one review chain. Category contrast: Sequential vs parallel AI. Single-model contrast: Pingpong vs ChatGPT. Switcher contrast: Pingpong vs Poe.

Reorder the models when you need a different first draft

The default order is configurable. You can reorder or shorten the chain when you want a different first answer or fewer passes. The product bet stays the same: later models do better work when they can assess a concrete draft against your original question.
