Work coordination
Extract actions from meeting notes
Paste your notes and the assistant can sort what was decided, what was assigned, and what was only discussed. Actions with no named owner should stay in their own group until you confirm who has them.
What to check before you share the list
Compare each action with your notes and confirm the owner was actually named. A note saying the design team will handle something does not name an individual. If the assistant turned phrases like soon or by end of week into dates, replace them with real dates or leave the field blank. Each unconfirmed item needs a follow-up with the right person before the list goes out.
Getting the list in front of owners
Send the list within a few hours of the meeting, while people still remember the conversation. Message the relevant people separately about unconfirmed items and ask them to confirm or push back. If one action depends on another, say so in the list so neither owner ends up blocked without knowing it.
