Use case

Pingpong for product managers

Pingpong is for PMs who have to decide with incomplete, conflicting input. Paste the notes, PRD, research quotes, and stakeholder asks. Five flagship AIs run in sequence. Later models can challenge the premise or the last answer. You get one final answer and can inspect earlier passes.

This is not a roadmap tool and not a replacement for customer interviews. It is sequential multi-model review when one agreeable summary would hide the tradeoff you are about to ship.

When stakeholder conflict is expensive

Sales wants feature A. Support wants B. Eng says C is the real bottleneck. Leadership wants a date. A single AI chat will often invent a clean narrative. That feels helpful. It is weak when reversing the priority costs a quarter.

Models flatter. They fill gaps. Sycophancy research is why "sounds aligned" is not the same as "safe to commit."

Good questions to run

  • Given these stakeholder notes, what is the load-bearing disagreement?
  • Which request is a symptom of a deeper workflow problem?
  • What breaks in this PRD if activation stays flat?
  • What would a skeptical eng lead attack first in this scope cut?
  • Which metric should decide this priority, and what would falsify it?

Attach the PRD, Notion export, spreadsheet, or screenshots when you can. Use Pro for hard calls.

How the sequence helps a PM

Default order: Grok, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude. Order is configurable. Later models are allowed to reject a weak premise, not only rephrase the first answer. See how it works and Pingpong vs ChatGPT.

You still decide. Pingpong is review before commitment, not a product guarantee.
