Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Adore LLC. They supplement the general Pingpong Terms of Service. By using the plugin, you agree to these terms and the Plugin Privacy Policy.

What the plugin does

Pingpong sends a question through selected AI models so they can challenge, source-check, refine, and stress-test the response before returning one structured answer. Public source gathering is optional.

The plugin is read-only. It cannot publish, send, purchase, delete, approve, sign, transfer funds, trade, or change an external system on your behalf.

No professional advice

Plugin responses are AI-generated information and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax, mental health, or other professional advice. Verify consequential information and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Your responsibilities

• Provide only information you have the right to submit and process.
• Do not submit payment card data, protected health information, passwords, authentication codes, private keys, or other secrets.
• Do not use the plugin for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious activity.
• Independently review an answer before using it for a consequential decision.

Accounts and purchases

The public plugin does not create a Pingpong account and does not offer or complete a purchase. Access may be limited or suspended to protect service availability, enforce policy, or prevent abuse.

Third-party services

The service uses third-party AI, search, hosting, and infrastructure providers. Their availability and processing practices are outside Adore LLC's direct control. See the Plugin Privacy Policy for the current categories of providers.

Intellectual property

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Adore LLC the limited rights needed to process that content and return the requested answer. Pingpong's software, design, and branding are owned by Adore LLC or its licensors.

Availability and changes

The plugin is provided "as is" and "as available" without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue the plugin and may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adore LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on AI-generated content. Adore LLC's total liability for use of the public plugin will not exceed the amount you paid Adore LLC for that use in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
