Track props across scenes and rehearsals
For every object, the sheet answers three questions: which scenes use it, where it starts, and who moves it next. Build it from the script and running order, then check each scene change for a named person handing off each prop.

Where props go missing
Gaps usually sit between scenes. A prop used now and needed again later may have no stated resting place in between. Two scenes may need the same object in overlapping moments with only one copy. Check props carried on by one performer and handed to another, since the script often describes the handoff but assigns it to no one. Consumables and breakable items need a reset between runs, so record who restores them and from where.
Find any prop that two scenes need at the same moment and any scene change where a prop has no named person handing it off. List each by scene and prop. Do not assume a handoff exists because the script mentions the object.
Walk it through a run
Take the sheet to a rehearsal and have the people named on it check their own entries. Correct any location or handoff that was guessed. Mark each prop that is not yet sourced or has a rehearsal stand-in, with the date the real one is expected. Keep one current version where the crew can see it and update it after each run.
