Agree on what each cleaning task includes and how often the household wants it done. Give the assistant those decisions, everyone's availability and any tasks people cannot do, then ask for a rota to discuss together.

A text to start with
We have three housemates sharing a kitchen, two bathrooms and common areas. We've agreed on weekly kitchen cleaning, twice-monthly bathroom cleaning and weekly vacuuming of common areas. Draft a cleaning plan that rotates these tasks among three people. Define what each task includes so everyone knows when it's complete. Don't assign tasks by personal traits; just rotate them.
Example request. Change the details to fit your situation.
What to check in the plan
Each task definition should be specific enough that two people would finish the job the same way. "Clean the kitchen" invites disagreement; "wipe stovetop, counters, sink and microwave interior, take out bins" doesn't. Check that the rotation is even and that no one gets the longest task every week. The frequencies should be the ones your household agreed on.
Getting the plan adopted
Share the draft with everyone before it goes live, since people follow a plan they helped shape. Decide what happens when someone misses a turn before it happens. A shared note or group chat message is enough as a record.
