Calendar conflicts tend to show up when they are hard to fix. Pasting your upcoming dates and asking for a conflict check lets you catch overlaps before anyone commits to something they cannot undo.

A text to start with
Here are our confirmed events for the next six weeks: [list dates, times, and who is involved]. Flag any day when two people need a car at the same time, any event that starts less than a day after travel, and any weekend with three or more things booked. Do not suggest moving anything yet. Just show me the conflicts and what causes each one.

What to check in the answer
Compare the conflict list with your original dates to make sure nothing was misread. Travel buffers depend on departure and arrival times, so check that you included them. The assistant can find overlaps but cannot tell which commitment is easier to move. Ask whoever owns an event before proposing a change to it. A flagged conflict is a reason to talk to someone, and it does not settle anything by itself.
Where to go from here
Take the list to the people affected and decide together which events have room to move. After you agree on changes, paste in the updated dates and run the check again to see whether the fixes created new conflicts.
