Turn instructions into a readable large-print checklist

Dense instruction sheets are hard to follow while you're also trying to do the task. Paste in the original text, say what size and spacing you want, and you can get a checklist to work from step by step.

A text to start with

Please reformat the following instructions as a large-print checklist. Use short action labels, one step per line, plenty of space between items, and no abbreviations. Aim for a font size of 18 or larger. Keep every warning exactly as written. Original instructions: [paste text here].

Example request. Change the details to fit your situation.

Reviewing your large-print checklist

Compare the checklist with the original and confirm that no step was dropped, merged, or softened. Warnings should appear with the same emphasis, not shrink into a footnote. If the source uses technical terms you don't know, ask for explanations in a separate request so the checklist wording stays accurate. Font size and spacing may not carry over into every app, so check the result in the format you'll actually print or read.

Making it work for your setup

Copy the checklist into the app or document you prefer and adjust the font yourself if needed. For medication, medical, or legal instructions, keep the original document beside the checklist and treat the checklist only as a reading aid.
