Give the actual syllabus topics, the exam date, and your free hours each day. A schedule built on real constraints is more useful than a generic one. Spread the self-testing across the plan so it does not pile up in the last few days.

A text to start with
My exam is on [date]. The syllabus topics are [list topics]. I have about [hours] free on weekdays and [hours] on weekends. I already feel comfortable with [topic] and weak on [topic]. Build a day-by-day schedule that spaces review across the remaining days and includes at least one self-testing session for each topic before the exam. Name the activity for every session.

What to check
Look for any topic that appears only on the final day, and ask for it to be moved earlier. Sessions labeled "review" should say how you will test yourself, such as answering practice questions from memory, since rereading alone does not count. If your free hours differ from day to day, say so in a follow-up so the plan stops assuming the same evening slot. Treat any time estimate for a topic as a rough starting point.
What to do next
Copy the schedule into the calendar or task app you already use. After your first session, reply with how long it took and how much you covered, and ask for the remaining days to be adjusted.
