Ask about a room before a group rehearsal
Start with what the rehearsal needs from the room, then check each need against the operator's published details. Ask about every gap: capacity, equipment, access and booking rules. Record each answer as confirmed, open or contradicted.

Where room details go wrong
A photograph shows what was in the room on one day. It does not show that the equipment is included in your booking, that it works, or that your group may use it. Capacity can mean seated, standing or a safety limit, so ask which one the figure describes. Ask whether load-in, setup and teardown fall inside the booked hours. Check sound limits and food and drink rules, and compare the page with what staff tell you. If two sources disagree, treat the item as open and ask which one applies.
Check each line marked confirmed in this tracker. Flag any permission, equipment inclusion or capacity figure that rests on a photograph or an inference instead of published text or a written answer. List what still needs a direct question to the operator.
Send questions and track replies
Send the questions through whatever contact the operator publishes. Paste each reply into the tracker and mark a line confirmed only when the answer is in writing. Share the open items with the group before anyone pays a deposit or tells members the room is settled. If an answer changes the plan, such as a lower capacity, adjust the plan first.
