Turn rehearsal notes into specific follow-up work
Raw notes mix what was seen with what should change. Separate the two, then turn each real change into a task with an owner and a check at the next rehearsal. A note with no next step stays an observation.

Contradictions and vague notes
Look for two notes that ask for opposite things at the same moment, such as one asking for more pace and another for a longer pause. Those need a decision from whoever directs the work, and neither should be dropped silently. Check each task for a concrete next step: "make it better" is vague feedback that needs clarification, while "run the entrance with the new blocking" names something to rehearse. Confirm each owner attended and agreed, instead of assuming a name from the notes.
Find notes that give opposite instructions for the same moment and any task that has no concrete action or owner. List each with the moment it refers to. Do not choose between conflicting notes. Mark them for a decision.
Close the loop at the next session
Share the task list with the people named and ask each to confirm their item. Bring the same list to the next rehearsal and mark each task done, partly done or dropped, with a short reason. Take unresolved contradictions to whoever decides and record the decision beside the note. Start the following list from what was left open.
